An initial objective under the project was to identify OTA producing fungi and define mould formation mechanisms. Here, fresh coffee cherries are being prepared for plating for mycological analysis to determine the mesocarp inhabiting (or 'm') community, and the bean-tissue inhabiting (or 'i') community.
